The German Company for Batteries — a major player in Egypt's energy sector — wanted to modernize its packing and palletizing. The goal: take batteries straight off the production line, cut manual handling, and stack heavy units safely and consistently onto iron pallets — all while raising throughput.
SANAM engineered the conveyor systems that became the backbone of the line — receiving conveyors off the production line feed the Aria packing system, then transfer conveyors carry the packed batteries to Yaskawa robotic arms for precise palletizing onto iron pallets.
To match rising demand, SANAM ran two parallel palletizing lines — its conveyors synchronized precisely with both robotic arms, keeping a continuous flow and removing the bottlenecks between packing and palletizing.
